Indy Property Services is Indiana's premier family owned and operated storm restoration company. We specialize in quality replacement of roofs, gutters, and vinyl and aluminum siding. We also do restoration of water and fire damaged properties.
The company's owner Rick Posha has been building remodeling, repairing and providing maintenance on Indy's north side from Geist to Zionsville for over 30 years. Rick is a lifetime area resident with a background in carpentry and construction management. Check out Rick's bio to get an idea of his construction experience.

Here's a photo of the first roof I installed as a general contractor in March of 1974. It is a former Baptist Church. Currently housing The Sanctuary, The Art of N.A. Noel at 75 NorthMain St. in Zionsville Indiana. Yes it is still there as of 7/25/2011. It is in need of replacement but still there. Ask your potential contractor if he can provide the same documentation of experience. 37 years later and still keeping the elements out!

Our projects are organized so your job will move forward smoothly and efficiently. Our carpenters are top-notch craftspeople and the type of individuals you will welcome in your home.
You will be amazed how clean we leave your work site at the end of each day. Our professionalism will put you at ease, even when the sawdust is flying.
Because we provide thorough pricing before we start work, there will be no surprises, no hidden costs or avoidable add-ons. We communicate clearly and honestly, so you are never left in the dark. We know that sometimes potential clients think we are expensive. That's simply not true. Our work looks expensive. We believe that we give our clients great value at a fair price -- and our repeat customers agree.
We have an excellent record of delivering work on time and on budget. If something isn't quite right, we will be back in a snap to fix it.
As you shop for a home restoration contractor, beware of the almost too-good-to-be-true low estimate. Too often that "low-ball estimate" is incomplete which means you end up paying more to get the job done right .
